All-State Choir Registration
This is the registration (entry) form for the Utah All-State Choir Festival. Payment will be made through the payment portal on the UMEA website or mailed to John Miller IN THE FALL. Are you a new teacher and/or do you need an "All-State Mentor" *
All-State Choir is a UHSAA approved and UMEA sponsored event.  The registration cost is the same regardless of whether the teacher is a member of UMEA or not.  The cost per student is $70.

You may nominate less than the number that you qualify for, but you may not nominate more than you qualify for.  Nominate students in BALANCED QUARTETS only.  Exceptions are not allowed but MUST be cleared through allstatechoirmanagerhs@umea.us.  Refer to the Information Letter for the qualifications about how to calculate your "count" for your choral program.  Also you will be invoiced for the number entered here regardless of the number of students who actually attend or if your school chooses not to attend later.
