3. Pictures: Following the completion of this form, please send in the following photos to Emily@CoreTrainingTechniques with the file named: "YOUR NAME" 2024 CTT PHOTOS AND VIDEOS. These photos do not need to be professionally done. A nice quality picture from your cell phone or personal camera is great. Please include the following photos:

One progression across the floor - a minimum of 2 counts of 8 demonstrating technique, including an extension, turns/pirouettes, and a leap of your choice.
One combination or solo of your choice in any genre showcasing yourself. Must be at least 30 seconds long, and you may include a competition video if that is what you prefer.
