2024 CMP Summer Camp Registration Form

Deadline: May 17, 2024. Enrollment is limited and is contingent on audition performance. After completing registration, please follow the link at https://mwsacmp.blogspot.com/p/summer-camp.html to sign up for an audition time. Students will be notified by May 24, 2024 if they have been accepted into the CMP summer camp.

Participating students must be in 6th grade or older for the 2024-2025 school year
Students must have at least 2 years of playing experience on their string instrument
Students should play at Suzuki Book 3 level or above
Students must audition on their instrument to demonstrate playing level and ability

Participation in the CMP summer camp is contingent upon audition results and availability. Students will be notified of their acceptance into CMP summer camp by May 24, 2024. The $120 CMP registration fee will be due by May 31, 2024. The fee is non-refundable. Do not pay the fee until AFTER student has officially been accepted into CMP. *

All group member requests are considered, but not guaranteed. After auditioning, I am committed to my group, even if my member request was not fulfilled

All participants, family members and audience members take responsibility for their own health and safety. The Chamber Music Project is not liable for illness or injury received during participation.

If participants are sick, show symptoms of COVID-19, have been asked to quarantine or have tested positive for COVID-19, they are asked not to attend and will be issued a full refund
