Meet your teacher, Sharda Kumar

Sharda has over 20 years of experience in teaching Hindi to children and young adults across the world.
She taught the CBSE Hindi and Social Studies Curriculum in the International Indian School, Saudi Arabia from 6th Grade to 10th Grade. Additionally she was appointed as the Hindi Teacher by the Embassy of India in Windhoek, Namibia. She has spent several years in New York working with young children in helping them become conversational in the language.

She has a Master’s Degree in Political Science in Hindi from Meerut University, India and is an NYU Certified Instructor. She is passionate about teaching, spreading Indian culture and values to children, loves spending time with her grand-kids and cooking!
