Please complete this form to indicate that you intend for your child to enroll in Kindergarten at either Luce Elementary or Rockport Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year. This information will be kept confidential.
A school representative will contact you early in April to discuss how we will collect additional information needed to complete the enrollment process. This Roundup form is just the start of the enrollment process and will get you connected with your child's school so that we can complete the enrollment process in April.
Your child MUST be 5 years old on or before Aug. 1, 2024 to be enrolled for Kindergarten next school year.
If your child will be 5 years old on or before October 1, 2024, you may request an early entrance assessment. You will need to contact the principal of the school your child will attend.
