Request for Certification of a  State Qualifying Swim Meet 2023-2024
Qualifying performances from certified meets outside the state may be used. However; the head coach must submit this form information to  the school hosting the meet.  The host school's meet director must confirm the meet with adhere to all state qualifying requirements. Then the head coach of the AR school attending the swim meet must complete this form. PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTIONS BELOW BY PLACING A "CHECK" FOR THE REQUIREMENTS AND THEN TYPING YOUR ANSWER FOR THE OTHER QUESTIONS WHERE IT ASK FOR "SHORT ANSWER TEXT". Once completed, the event will be added to the AR certified meet list.

Requirements *
1. Request is being submitted by the deadline date: WEEK #15 2.  Pool/Venue meets all guidelines per NFHS. 3. Meet will be conducted according to NFHS & AAA rules. 4. Hy-Tek Meet Manager program is used for entering athletes, seeding the meet and producing official results. 5. Two of more schools will participate. 6. Official is currently a certified Swimming official. 7. Certified Swim official will certify the accuracy of each qualifying performance.  8. Complete Hy-Tek meet results will be uploaded to www. swimcloud.com within 48 hours of the meet.
