Welcome back Game Facilitators!

It's been a long time. The last time we solicited your availability to run games, the world was a very different place. In the interim, we have lost several members of our community: Morgan Ellis, Darren Watts, and Krista White. May they rest in peace. Many of us have experienced burnout, changed jobs and/or locations, had children, cared for and/or lost relatives, and so much more. We get that, and want you to understand that Games on Demand is a *volunteer* organization. It simply does not run without you.

So: please join us and help run an excellent round of "indie" role-playing games in the Games on Demand room at the Origins Games Fair in Columbus, OH from June 21-25, 2023.

GoD is structured like this:

You can run 4-hour one-shot tabletop RPGs, run 4-hour larps, or Host at our registration table. Volunteers who work 16+ hours get a badge. Games need to be one-shots that presume no previous knowledge of the game so that we're welcoming to new players. We do our best to make sure everyone who runs a game gets a table, but sometimes it works out that there won't be enough players or interest for every GM to run a game every slot they're scheduled. We will make a game facilitator and registration table host schedule as best we can based on your preferences from this form.

- Facilitators who run games for us will get a badge, although we will not list you for more than 16 hours worth of facilitation and registration table work.

IMPORTANT: Our event is inclusive, anti-racist, queer-friendly, and welcoming to gamers of all backgrounds. We expect that you as facilitators will help us achieve this goal as well.

Before we let you start prepping and anticipating, we'd like to have a few facts about you on file. The more of you who fill this out -- and the earlier you do it -- the greater leverage we have in getting our old Hyatt - Fairfield room back in 2023.
