For Virtual Only: I understand that the following will be required of my child(ren) during online instruction: *

Attend daily and participate in scheduled activities for his/her grade level. Watch all instructional videos posted in Plato, Google Classroom, SeeSaw, other platform utilized by LCS teaching staff. Complete all assignments and tasks in Plato, Google Classroom, SeeSaw, or other platform utilized by LCS teaching staff. Contact the Online Learning Facilitator if I have questions about assignments or need help or support with my school work. Participate in Google Meet or Zoom virtual meetings as required. Check school email daily.

For Virtual Only: I understand that the following will be required of me, as the parent or guardian, during online instruction: *

Maintain contact with the Online Learning Facilitator and Classroom teacher. Provide an appropriate amount of time for my child to complete schoolwork daily. Visit Litchfield Schools biweekly during schedule materials pick-ups for the purpose of picking up books and/or other materials that will be needed for my child to participate in all instructional opportunities. Monitor online activity to ensure that school equipment is being used appropriately and that online safety is being maintained. Contact the school office if my child has problems with internet accessibility or devices. The attendance policy still applies to online instruction. If my child will be “absent” from scheduled activities, it is my responsibility to notify the office.
