Stormwater Art Contest Entry Form
The Town of Franklin Stormwater Division is collecting artwork as contest entries from students in Franklin.  Each student who enters must have a parent/guardian fill out and submit this form to be considered for the contests. All artwork entries must be dropped off at the Town of Franklin Municipal Building by April 30th. For residents only. Winners will be contacted via the email address submitted.
