ഈ രക്തദാന യജ്ഞത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന
കാര്യങ്ങൾ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക :
1.
ഡയബറ്റിസ്,
തൈറോയ്ഡ്,
കൊളസ്ട്രോൾ എന്നിവയ്ക്മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കുന്നവർക്കും രക്തം നല്കാം.
2.
ഹൃദയ ശസ്ത്രക്രിയ,
ഇൻസുലിൻ എടുക്കുന്നവർ,
അനിയന്ത്രിതമായ രക്ത സമ്മർദ്ദം തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉള്ളവർ രക്തം
നൽകേണ്ടതില്ല.
3.
ആന്റിബയോട്ടിക്‌സ് മരുന്ന് എടുത്തവരാണെങ്കിൽ 30 ദിവസത്തിന്
ശേഷം രക്തം നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്.
4.
പ്രായം 18 വയസ്സിനും 60 വയസ്സിനും ഇടയിൽ ആയിരിക്കണം.
5.
ഏതെങ്കിലും ഏഷ്യൻ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലേക്ക് കഴിഞ്ഞ 6 മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ
യാത്ര ചെയ്തവർക്ക് രക്തം നൽകാൻ കഴിയുന്നതല്ല. മറ്റ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഒരു മാസമാണ് കാലാവധി.
6.
കോവിഡ് പോസിറ്റീവ് ആയവർക്ക് 14 ദിവസത്തിന് ശേഷം രക്തദാനം
ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. വാക്‌സിനേറ്റഡ് ആയവർക്കും
പങ്കെടുക്കാം.
7.
മുമ്പ് രക്തം നൽകിയവർ
കുറഞ്ഞത് 2 മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് മാത്രമേ രക്തം നൽകേണ്ടതുള്ളൂ.
8.
രക്തദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്റെ തലേ ദിവസം 5-6 മണിക്കൂറെങ്കിലും
ഉറക്കം ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം. വരുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് മിതമായ രീതിയിൽ ഭക്ഷണം കഴിചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
9.യാത്രാസൗകര്യം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയിക്കണം.
10.
രക്തദാന സമയം 7PM
- 11PM ആയിരിക്കും.

Those
who intend to participate in this Blood Donation Yajna should note the
following:
1.
Blood can also be given by those taking medication for diabetes, thyroid, and
cholesterol.
2.
Those who have heart surgery, those taking insulin, and those with uncontrolled
blood pressure should not donate blood.
3.
Blood can be given after 30 days if taking antibiotics.
4.
Age should be between 18 years to 60 years.
5.
Those who have traveled to any Asian countries within the last 6 months cannot
donate blood. In other countries, the period is one month.
6.
Those who are covid positive can donate blood after 14 days. Those who are
vaccinated can also participate.
7.
Those who have previously donated blood should donate blood only after at least
2 months.
8.
Sleep for at least 5-6 hours the day before blood donation. A moderate meal
should be eaten before coming.
9.
Those who need transportation should notify in advance.
10.
Timing of blood donation time will be 7 PM – 11 AM.
