We're working with a Medicare plan provider to help them understand how to best communicate with their members. Is it email? Snail mail? Phone? Text message? Something else?

If you're on Medicare we'd love to get your input. We're curious what gets you to read the communication your healthcare plan sends you. We'll use this information to guide and inspire us as we design ways to make sure important plan information gets read.

We're scheduling 90 minute in-home interviews in the San Francisco Bay Area on Friday, May 24th. If you're interviewed we'll send you $150 as thanks for your time.
