Fashionably Westport SALON Registration 2024
Thank you for your help and support at the Fashionably Westport runway event coming up on March 28, 2024, supporting the Homes with Hope, here in Westport.

We're requesting an in kind donation of chair time for styling the clean & dry hair of 5-10 models for the show throughout the day on 3/28/24. We expect to have 80 models from the community walking for the stores, representing local women leaders as well as the friends and clients of participating fashion boutiques!

I'm attaching a general sponsor deck HERE, so you have a summary reference of the event and its goals. We will be asking for the help of many downtown salons and we have produced a special benefit package rewarding Salons for the huge contribution.

Recognizing the effort and contribution of salons to the success of the fashion show, here's the higher level of benefits we give to salons:
  • Each salon is treated as a sponsor in kind - your logo/brand appears as a sponsor on location signage and linked on our website event page.
  • Included in a boosted social post recognizing salons and beauticians.
  • As each store walks, a slide is projected on the stage screen behind - it will call out which salon worked on the hair of the named models!
  • You are welcome to produce a small flyer/card we can place in the gift bags of all the ticketed patrons.

We would be grateful, but not required, if it's possible to have sample items from your hair product vendors that we can place in the gift bags - we have 250 regular bags and 100 VIP bags.

If you are able to style the hair of our models, we go out of our way to remind the lucky recipients to tip their stylists. We will direct the models to contact the salon to schedule their appointments directly.

We'd absolutely love your help - the success of our event benefits Homes with Home here in Westport.
