At Lazy Dog Garlic we grow 15 varieties of garlic; plus Elephant garlic (which is actually in the leek family), but always popular. We're a small, two-person farm and we really do have a lazy dog! We carefully hand plant and harvest all of our garlic, shallots and onions. We take great care in all of the handling and the curing process so that we can produce a product that you will be very happy to have.
Any variety will be amazing for whatever your plans may be. The less you cook it, lightly sauteed or raw, the more you'll notice the different flavor profiles. Order a variety and do some taste testing yourself!
Don't forget the shallots, found at the end of the order form. Shallots are excellent storers and I won't be without them in my kitchen!
