Electronic version of band camp registration.  Please complete the entire form in one setting.  

All students performing in high school band are REQUIRED to attend band camp.  

Band Camp Dates:  July 29 - August 2   Noon-9pm Daily

Freshman Pre-Camp:  July 22, 2010  9am-Noon (Not Required by Strongly Encouraged)

Cost: $140

Payment and Registrations due to Mr. Volz by 3pm on June 7, 2010

Students not registered for band camp will be dropped from the course.
