This form is to be filled out by donors who want to buy a bench in honor or in memory of someone they love who is living or deceased.  Benches do not have to be bought in memory or in honor of someone, they can also be purchased for the sole reason of having more safe and convenient sitting options for high traffic areas at Camp Christy.
