A water comfortability test will be completed upon arrival to assess all campers swimming abilities and water comfortability. The water comfortability test involves treading water/ floating for 1 minutes followed by a 50 metre swim, all while wearing a Lifejacket/PFD.
If campers wish to swim without a Lifejacket/Personal Flotation Device a more thorough swim test will be required. The swim test involves a 100M swim and treading water for 3 minutes. This swim test must be successfully completed for participation in canoe trips.
