Thank you for your interest in taking a survey about public restrooms at Clark Park. The City of Philadelphia has funding to pilot one permanent public restroom in West Philadelphia and we would like to hear your thoughts. 

This survey will ask demographic questions to ensure we understand barriers to accessing public restrooms and how we can make access to public restrooms more equitable. We would like to receive public input on the permanent public restroom pilot including specific questions about operations to learn how it could best serve the needs of you and your family.
