1. Payment and Fees:
Payment is due in full before the start of the project. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due the day before shooting or the day of the shoot.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations made less than 1 day before the scheduled shoot date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.Rescheduling can be accommodated based on availability and must be requested at least 2 days before the scheduled shoot date.3. Ownership and Usage Rights:
Merlot Vision Productions retains the rights to all raw, unedited photos and videos taken during the shoot. Merlot Vision Productions reserves the right to use any material produced during the shoot for promotional purposes and in its own creative projects.4. Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing any necessary props, costumes, or materials needed for the shoot unless otherwise agreed upon.The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions required for the shoot location.5. Limitation of Liability:
Merlot Vision Productions is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of income, loss of data, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to the shoot.6. No Refund Policy:
All payments made are non-refundable.7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Philadelphia, PA.By booking any of the above services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
