Below is some general information regarding our tutoring service.

We have a team of dedicated NSW Teachers and University students who each offer a range of skills and experience. We all work collaboratively with the student, parents, carers, teachers and outside support workers (psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists etc) to ensure student engagement and achievement.

About 80% of our current services are offered online and we are noticing a huge success with online tutoring. The student and tutor are visible to each other for the entire session and tutors are constantly monitoring student engagement levels. We have limited availability for face to face sessions at your residence or a mutually agreed location for those living in the Armidale, Gunnedah, Mungindi and Moree region. We are currently expanding our team and hope to offer more face to face sessions to a variety of towns in 2021! For online and face to face tutoring our sessions are all one on one with a tutor.

Some of our tutors offer intensive literacy and numeracy programs which our tutors are trained in and experienced with teaching. The sessions are structured based on the students individual needs and we  accommodate changes based on what we are seeing or what the student needs greater support with at that time. Our tutors prepare all tasks, although if the student wants to work through homework activities or set school work we are more than happy to support them with this.  

At a clients first session, our tutors will conduct an Initial Consultation. During the Initial Consultation our tutors will discuss, assess, write a report and suggest some goals and recommendations for tutoring. This information is documented on a learning path which is emailed to you weekly with evaluations from the students session/s, along with a tax invoice. You can pay for tutoring in advance or weekly after each session. Our payment methods are by Credit Card or Direct deposit.

Our standard rate for a University tutor is -
$30 (30 minutes) + GST
$40 (45 minutes) + GST
$50 (60 minutes) + GST
$70 (90 minutes) + GST

Our standard rate for a NSW Teacher is -
$45 (30 minutes) + GST
$55 (45 minutes) + GST
$65 (60 minutes) + GST
$90 (90 minutes) + GST
