HOST HOUSING VOLUNTEER SIGNUP
This is the form to signup as a host, to accommodate the professional teams for the Salt Lake Criterium, when they visit Utah to race on July 16th and 17th.

Host families are asked to provide:

-a comfortable sleeping space, bed or air bed
-the use of a bathroom and shower
-use of kitchen to prepare meals
-counter and refrigerator space
-use of your washer and dryer
-a secure place for the cyclist(s) to store their bicycle at night

Note: You are NOT expected to provide food, transportation or to clean up after riders.

It's your house and your rules.

How many racers and staff, you would like to host? (Please specify number of beds, size of beds, possible air mattresses or space, and available floor space.)  If you can't accommodate the entire team we will try to find another host near you to keep the team in close proximity. If you know of a neighbor that might be able to help please send this form to them also. *
What days can you host? (Generally racers will stay Friday - Sunday, some may request before Friday because they are most likely traveling from the Boise Twilight crit that happens the week before). *
