· G+1 RCC Residential Bungalow, 2500sqft. ground coverage.

· Up-scale planning, spacious sizes, modern architecture.

· Structural System to be adopted; RCC Moment Frame.

· To be designed for Gravity Loads and Earthquake Loads.

· Foundation Option-Eccentric Isolated Footings, Pile and Pile Caps.

Flow of the Course
· Architectural Planning explanation by the Project Architect.
· Initial Planning of Structural framing system.
· Load Calculation for Gravity Loads+Lateral Loads.
· Modeling, Analysis and Design using ETABS,SAFE.
· Design and Detailing of RCC elements using MS Excel, RCDC.
· Introduction to Drawing Development using AUTO CAD.
· BOQ preparation using MS-Excel.
· Design Calculation Report preparation

IS Codes to be covered-IS456, IS-SP24, IS-SP34, IS875, IS1893, IS13920   

Software to be used- ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, MS Excel, AUTO CAD
