The creative connection is a process that interweaves all the expressive arts – art, music, dance, drama, and writing – to tap into the creativity within each of us.

 It is a playful and spirited way of reclaiming safety and freedom within our own bodies and minds.

This guided practice allows participants to explore various artistic mediums on their own time and without fear of judgment, exploring a deeper, nonverbal, expressive experience.

All materials will be provided. All levels of experience in artistic modalities are welcome. Individuals 8 and up are welcome to participate

Class size limited to 15. Parents may join in but need to register.
