• Meadowcroft Rockshelter & Historic Village
• Pennsylvania Trolley Museum
• Quecreek Mine Rescue Site
• William Vicary Mansion
• Zelienople Historical Society's Passavant House

This raffle submission form will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Complete this form AFTER you have visited at least five sites. Form must be filled out in one sitting (if not, your progress will not be saved).

Rules are as follows:
• One raffle entry per person
• Raffle submission must be received by 11:59 PM on September 30, 2021
• Winners must be able to pick up their prize at a library within Allegheny or Washington Counties.
