Your CIRCA Inspector is an InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) Certified Home Inspector, Indoor Air Quality Inspector and Certified Mold Inspector. These certifications require robust continuing education in addition to North Carolina's licensing and continuing education requirements.

Current Litigation: Is there any active litigation in process or being considered in relation to mold in the property.  If so, in accordance with IAC2 standards we are unable to perform mold inspections on properties actively involved in litigation proceedings. Please contact a licensed industrial hygienist to  assist you with legal proceedings.

Physician Involvement: Are you or any other occupants of the property under the care of a physician who has diagnosed mold-related illness or symptoms? If so, have you had lab testing to verify? If a lab tested diagnosis has occurred in accordance with the IAC2 Standards of practice we are not permitted to perform a mold inspection.
