Dear Malden Public Schools Community,

In response to Governor Baker's announcement on mask mandate lift as of February 28, 2022 and leaving the decision for districts to keep or not masking in schools, Malden Public Schools would like to collect information on how our community feels about this matter.

Please complete this 2-minute survey at your earliest convenience. The survey will close on Tuesday February 15, 2022 at 5 pm.
