While Leadership Team Transition is still a few months away, October 1 will be here before we know it and we will be installing a new leadership team and support leaders in your chapter. Leadership in the chapter is an important part of the VCP process and helps those accepting and fulfilling leadership positions to build Visibility and Credibility in return for their time giving service to the chapter. Please take a minute and first share with us the top 3 positions you are most interest in and feel you could have a positive impact on your chapter through your service. We will let your leadership team know your preferences as they consider their nominations. Next, share who you feel would be great in each of the roles in your chapter. We will share the results of those suggestions with your leadership team anonymously for their consideration.
