Baptismal Registration Form

Before Completing an Online Baptismal Registration form, please read the following:
We congratulate you on the great blessing of pregnancy or the birth of your child!
To have your infant/toddler baptized at St. Edward, you must be a
registered and attending parishioner for a minimum period of three months prior to having a date set for the baptism.
Please email if there are any questions.
Fr. Rick asks that you please take the opportunity to introduce yourself as he is greeting parishioners after Mass.  This way he can meet you and your little one and answer any questions you might have in regard to the baptism ceremony and the online baptism preparation program for parents.
