Maple Valley will providing breakfast and lunch for ALL district residents (this applies to everyone with no status specificity), 18 and under or 26 and under with a disability. These meals will be supplied for all 7 days of the week. We are offering a pickup or delivery.

Families can sign up for the number of meals they'd like to receive and can pick up these meals from one destination (twice per week) or have them delivered (once per week).

Pickups will be done at each school building on Tuesdays and Fridays between 4PM and 5PM.
 - The Tuesday pick up will provide meals for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
 - The Friday pick up will provide meals for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Deliveries will be made on Fridays and will contain the meals for the entire week. The delivery schedule will change depending on how many families sign up and whether or not MV students have no school, half days, or whole days.

Please fill out this form to assist us with accuracy and efficiency in meal preparation and delivery. This form needs to be submitted by midnight of September 11, 2020. Submissions that come in after this will be processed, but there will be a delay in when meals start for those families.

This program is scheduled to run until December 31, 2020 or until the Michigan Department of Education updates our current process.
