V-Class Motorsport (M) Sdn Bhd [Qmax Energy Saver Malaysia] reserves the right to amend the privileges, benefits, term and conditions for E-Warranty at any time without prior notice.

Should this product malfunction during the period due to manufacturing defects, we will honor the warranty and either replace or repair it according to our terms and conditions. This warranty does not cover the following conditions :

Damages caused by negligence or un-correct installation and not following installation manual.Damages caused by accidents or natural disaster.Damages caused by any other engine parts failure, battery related problem & wiring problem.Improper maintenance or repair, including the installation of parts accessories that do not conform to quality and specifications of the original parts.Use on non recommended models. (Please check with our dealers or our service department should you need to verify the correct parts number to be use,)This warranty does not cover the repair and replacement due to un-correct installation or installation by uncertified / un-experience installers.This warranty is not transferable
Note : Other exclusions may or may not apply in certain states or rare circumstances. Proof of purchase always required to process warranty.

Product damages: 
Qmax Energy Saver is not responsible for any errors or accidents which occur during or after the installation of all Qmax Energy Saver products. Refund will only be made for any damages on our products caused by Qmax Energy Saver incurred during the installations. Refund will base on the product retail / purchase price.
