This covers mentoring between mentor pupils and student mentees from partner schools.

The following guidelines will apply:

- Written parental permission must be obtained before any pupil can take part

- Mentees must never share their account details with anybody else

- Sessions will be conducted via messaging, all through the Colet mobile app (one mentor with
  one partner school mentee)

- All sessions will be reviewed individually and stored on our systems for safeguarding purposes and for training of future mentors

- No messages or pictures of materials unrelated to the work are allowed

- All mentoring sessions will take place between homework hours

- No extra meetings between pupils at other times are allowed

In the event that a student feels there has been inappropriate behaviour, they will be advised to leave the session, report the mentor using the in-app reporting feature, note the time, and email EasyA's Designated Safeguarding Officer at Phil@easya.co.uk outlining their concern. They may also contact their school's DSL as soon as possible.

Both parties will be required to have read and understood these guidelines.
