What is your name (first name, last name)? *
This should be completed by one person on each team.
What is your e-mail? *
Based on the letter assigned to you on Slack, what team are you on? *
Each team is assigned a letter based on a private Slack channel that is created by organizers to help us communicate with you... Most teams will have this already assigned to them, but if you do not (likely because you may be newer to the challenge or have not communicated as much with the organizing team), just indicate the option that you "Don't Have a Private Slack Channel Yet."
Does your project or team have a name outside of the letter? If so, please share it!
What theme(s) does your project align with most? *
Note too that everything is intersectional, and we won't necessarily be distributing prizes or anything based on this selection... This question just helps us to understand the diversity of projects we have.
Required
Who else is on your team? Please add their e-mails too!
Please list all team members & feel free to add context if relevant (for example, if there is something around eligibility that is useful to clarify or if someone was assigned to the team but has not been active). And just in case you are still looking for a teammate, feel free to share that here as well.
Have all team members registered on Devpost + EarthNet?
Does not need to be by the deadline, but do strongly recommend here please ask them to register ASAP if so & also be sure here to connect your teams to your project on either platform.
Clear selection
Can you link here the URL for your project on EarthNet?
Can you confirm that you've posted your submission on EarthNet? Did you do so on Devpost too? *
Reach out to our team if confused by this instruction, with more information shared on Slack & the link for EarthNet is available here: www.EarthNet.org... This (and not Devpost) is where judges will be directed to.

Reminder as well that cross-posting on BOTH EarthNet + Devpost results in one additional bonus point.
Can you confirm you meet ALL the eligibility criteria for teams/ projects? *
Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. And if there is an exception for your case that must be or has been considered, please indicate whatever may be relevant in the "Other" section.

With all the above, please note that organizers do have final say around eligibility and may show some flexibility around rules where merited, with our goal to maintain the spirit of this being an event that is focused on education, climate action and creating an inclusive environment for all (and in particular beginner hackathoners). It's collaboration first, above competition!

Any other comments or notes for us to consider, especially if it's relevant to judgs?
Any outstanding questions? Is there anything that is unclear or that you feel needs to be addressed? Is there anything specific to your submission that must be passed on to judges? Feel free to share!
And how would you reflect on your experience of the hackathon so far (e.g. the submission but also the networking, workshops, Slack channel, experiences with the organizers, EarthNet feedback, etc.)?
Feel free to share your thoughts... Your honesty is definitely super-welcome!
