Student Test Kits
We are offering at-home test kit(s) again, these will be sent home with your student. We are asking that you complete this form no later than 10am Friday morning, to request the number of kits you require. These kits are for students enrolled at HCS only. These tests should be performed only if your child has symptoms. If positive please do not send your student to school and contact The Department of Public Health.
