Italian Canadian Cultural Association of Nova Scotia - Volunteer Form* for the Festa Italiana Weekend
Thank you for being willing to help us out with our 2024 Italian Weekend on Friday, September 13th (6 to 9 pm) and Saturday, September 14th (12-9 pm).

There will be some pre-event training and orientation happening on WED SEP 11th at 6pm to help share more details with everyone about their different roles and duties in the specific volunteer areas.  And to do some training on the Debit Machines fro those at the POS/Cash Sales areas.

NOTE: Volunteers under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the entire volunteer time. So please sign up together.

KIDS - CULTURAL Activities
We will be having several kids and cultural activities and will need folks to manage the room/lineups and access.  Please fill out any items below you are interested in
Meal Prep Volunteers Needed - PRE-EVENT. 
In order to prep some of the food for the weekend, we will be gathering during the month of August and in September leading up to the event to cook some of the food, including the lasagna. 

We have our expert chefs :-) and they will need helpers. The schedule is not yet determined, so if you are interested, please fill out your availability below.

Social Media Team.  We are looking for some folks to take pics/videos at the event that we can post live on the ICCA Facebook and Instagram pages to encourage even more people to join us.
