Join us on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. in the large conference room on Floor 2 of The ArtsBuilding. We will gather for an IN-PERSON Shared Services Workshop with Hinton & Company that dives into DEIA Staff Recruitment & Retention. 

Hinton & Company is a consulting and advisory firm supporting organizations creating impact through inclusive leadership. The Hinton & Company team of experienced professionals helps clients of all sizes embed inclusive leadership practices into their culture.  

This is an in-person workshop opportunity with Hinton & Company at ArtsBuild and will not be recorded.

ArtsBuild supports the arts community with shared services that address different needs across our local arts sector for resources and services such as legal assistance, human resources, healthcare, back office, and other training and tools. ArtsBuild currently facilitates these services for our Community Arts Partners, the recipients of our Mission Support grants. However, our shared services workshop are open to all community members.
