1. Duration: May 19, 2023. 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
2. Transfer of Artwork:
The Artist is solely responsible for setting up and taking down their booth during the weekend of May 18th - 19th. We will have two options for set up times:
3:00 - 5:00 pm on Saturday the 18th.
8:00 - 9:00 am on the date of the show, Sunday the 19th.
The cost of transfer to/from Rieke Elementary is the responsibility of the Artist. All work should be delivered as ‘retail-ready’ (e.g. signed/labeled, ready to hang, display cases for jewelry/cards).
At the end of the Fair, the Artist has until 4:30 pm Sunday the 19th to remove all artwork and booth equipment.
3. Artist agrees to pay 100% of the booth fee within one week of acceptance.
4. Damage and Loss: Artist takes full responsibility of their own artwork. If theft, loss or damage occurs, Rieke Elementary is not responsible.
5. Representation: No mass-produced items, imported goods, or multi-level marketing companies will be allowed.
6. Artist must have own means of collecting funds. (Square, Venmo) and enough cash to make change.
