Our goal is to produce a series with 5-9 episodes (15-30 minutes long) as well as up to 5 minutes of shorter promotional videos for each episode. This docuseries will be produced by volunteering researchers, video editors and the Umwe Africa team.
While we are not driven by revenue or profit, we are soliciting donations, sponsorships from individuals, companies and some broadcasters to whom we distribute the series.
All funds received will primarily go to helping us pay video editors, secure high-quality footage and reach a wider African youth audience. As well as aid us in securing PR and distribution with impactful broadcasters.
