⫷ CTA Event Inquiry & Request Form ⫸
Thank you so much for reaching out and for your interest in hosting your special event at Call to Arms! We love when our community chooses to hold gatherings in the taproom. Please provide us with the information in the form below regarding the event you are interested in hosting at CTA. These details will help us provide you with the most accurate information possible and will help us determine whether or not we will be able to accommodate your request. As you are in the process of choosing where to host your event, the following information might be helpful as you decide if CTA is the right fit for your group.
The capacity of our entire taproom is about 120. The capacity of our semi-private side room is about 40. The capacity of our patio is about 80, and of course is weather-dependent.
We are a bar service, craft beer-only establishment, so we aren't able to serve any wine or spirits nor are they allowed to be consumed on the premises. Almost all of our beers are gluten-reduced, and sometimes we have our hard seltzer on tap, which is gluten free. We do have some non-alcoholic options available including Rocky Mountain Sodas, Kombucha, our house made Hop Water and Sparkling Waters.
You are welcome to bring in your own food, snacks, or cake, or have it catered by any local restaurant you choose. We do ask if you bring in food and/or catering that you bring in all necessary items (plates, napkins, silverware, knife, etc.) and please help us clean it all up at the end of your event, especially cake which has a tendency to make a mess.
In case you have any children in your group, a quick note about hosting groups with children...we love having families in and parties who have children in attendance, but we also need to be a touch cautious since the taproom is primarily viewed as a drinking environment. That said, we just ask that parents keep kiddos within arm's reach at all times. This will ensure children are always closely supervised and not running around the taproom, which is a big safety concern of ours. Our main policies is we don't allow kids to run through the taproom or use our shuffleboard table at any time. Thank you so much for communicating these guidelines to the parents in your group. It helps make sure the taproom is a fun, relaxed, safe, and enjoyable environment for all our patrons.
If you have any other questions for us, please include them in the last question of this form. We are happy to help and look forward to planning your event with you. Thank you!
