Shopfront Improvements Expression of Interest Form
As part of Keynsham High Street Heritage Action Zone Programme there is a Shopfront Improvements project strand. There is up to £223,000 funding to deliver a Shopfront Improvement Project Strand. This will include:

- A Shopfront Improvement Design Guide
- Deliver a minimum of 8 shop improvements

This form is for business owners, building owners and landlords to complete.
Within this form there are three sections:

1. To asses your eligibility for the scheme [5 questions]
2. About your property and potential improvements [8 questions]
3. Contact details [for you, and as needed... your landlord, freeholder and agent]

Section 1: Eligibility
There are five questions to assess your eligibility for this scheme. If no to any of the questions within this eligibility section please email KeynshamHSHAZ@Keynsham.gov.uk to discuss your application eligibility before continuing with the form.
1. Are you located within the Keynsham High Street Heritage Action Zone (HS HAZ) with a shopfront onto Keynsham High Street or Temple Street?  The HS HAZ area is outlined below; below in pink - Upper High Street, blue - Core High Street and yellow - Temple Street. *
