Marathi Shala Interest application 
The 2024-2025 MMTB EC strives to restart the Marathi Shala initiative. Our plan is to bring in a more hybrid schedule, meaning we will plan to hold once a month meetings in person and weekly classes will be held on an online platform provided by the EC. If you are interested in being part of this initiative and would like to see the MMTB Marathi Shala back up and running please use this google form to apply for the roles that interest you the most. Please read the roles and responsibilities below and apply accordingly. 

Principal: 
   - Will handle day to day structure of the marathi shala
   - Communicate all shala needs to the shala coordinator
   - Keep constant communication with teachers and volunteers to discuss improvements to shala

Teacher: 
   - Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials provided by BMM.
   - Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies
   - Provide appropriate feedback on work.
   - Assist principal with what is required to keep everything running smoothly. 

Volunteer:
   - Assist both the Principal and Teachers with any help they may need
   - May be asked to help keep teaching rooms focused and on time.
