Easter Holidays Active Dons Cranmer 

Please provide the below information to sign your child up to attend the AFC Wimbledon Foundation's free holiday programme at Cranmer Primary School.

The programme is open to children ages 8-12 years.

The holiday programme will consists of a mixture of multisport, arts & craft, dance & drama and educational activities delivered by AFC Wimbledon Foundation staff and community partners.

Dates:      Mon 3rd - Thurs 6th April 
                 Tues 11th - Fri 14th April 
Drop off:  10am
Pick up:   3pm
Location: Cranmer Rd, Mitcham CR4 4XU

Lunches will be provided for your child.

Please be aware, we are prioritising children who recieve free school meals, have been given codes from their schools to attend this course, and those who have been referred to us by children's services. 

If the course is oversubscribed your child may be placed on a waiting list.

I give Foundation staff permission to provide first aid treatment to my child in the event of an accident. AFC Wimbledon Foundation reserve the right to withdraw the placement place due to poor attendance, unacceptable behaviour or illness. I will not send in my child and will alert AFC Wimbledon Foundation if they feel unwell with a temperature or any Covid-19 symptoms. *
