The Farm gathers data on staff, trustees, volunteers and beneficiaries to enable us to better understand the profile and diversity of our people. We use this data to determine our equality and inclusion priorities which ensure that we are collectively, and proactively working towards a future where our service users, staffing team and decision makers are celebrated for their diversity.
We will monitor our progress against key targets or milestones every year and compile it into an Annual Review. We share this internally with our people, and externally with partners, funders and the wider community. This will be available on our website or by emailing
