Limitations

• THF owns the trademarks for its name and logo and requires prior approval of all marketing, advertising, promotional materials, and packaging that display our trademarks
• Partners may use approved THF logos and assets to market the Partnership but THF-generated promotion of the Partnership including website listing, social media posts, emails, and press releases is not guaranteed and at the sole discretion of THF
• THF does not offer exclusivity for any channel - e.g. apparel, beverages, etc.
• Partnerships do not constitute a personal endorsement by THF staff or SOF personnel of the Partner’s products or services
• THF cannot sell or distribute products or services for our Partners
• THF does not sell or provide its mailing list to Partners
• THF does not maintain influencers and cannot provide promotional items to active-duty personnel or veterans
