To register for an OPEN training provided by the Suicide Awareness and Prevention Office (SAPO) at the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), please complete the following registration.

IMPORTANT NOTE: TO REQUEST A GROUP TRAINING FOR YOUR ACADEMIC DEPARTMENT OR STUDENT ORGANIZATION PLEASE GO BACK AND SELECT THE "REQUEST A GATEKEEPER TRAINING FOR YOUR GROUP".

A conformation email will be sent to you up to three business days after your completed registration is received. Please note that if minimum enrollment numbers are not met you we will alert you that the training has been cancelled and it will be rescheduled.
