This objective of this form is to assess your eligibility for the IMDA CITREP+ funding and also get the information to enrol you as trainee in IMDA ICMS platform.

Please answer all questions in this form. Information gathered will be kept confidential. This form will take approximately 5 mins to complete.

The procedure to claim your IMDA CITREP+ funding is as follows
1. Register the CITREP course first on our website  https://www.tertiarycourses.com.sg/citrep-courses-singapore.html
2. Fill up the eligibility form after registration
3. Pay the full fee before the class start
4. We will enroll you to the IMDA program based on the information you provided on the first day of the course. You will receive an enrollment email from IMDA. Please acknowledge the email.
5. The staff will pass you the softcopy of the receipt and attendance on the last day of the course.
6. Submit your claim after the completion of course at https://eservice.imda.gov.sg/icms/
