Jackson State University Social Work Student Association (JSUSWSA) is a social work organization that gives social work majors and all interested students an opportunity to organize through social interactions, service projects for the University and community, advocacy concerning social issues and to promote awareness of the social work profession.

I am interested in becoming a member of the SWSA, an organization that provides opportunities for social interaction, University and community service projects, student recruitment and retention activities, advocacy concerning social issues, and promotion of awareness of the social work profession. *

4. I will submit my $20 annual and/or $10 semester dues by the deadline set by the organization. Dues can be paid in the form of cash, check or money order. 5. I will complete a total of five documented community service hours with the organization per semester. *
6. I will regularly attend and participate in the organization’s monthly meetings. *
You are required to submit all membership dues by November 15 (Fall Semester) and March 30 (Spring Semester). All monies paid support student activities such as conference attendance, book stipends, homecoming events, etc. Go to  www.jsums.edu/marketplace and select Social Work Student Association for payment.
