Interested in joining the fourth cohort of the Emerging Museum Professionals (EMP) Mentorship Program as either a mentor or a mentee? Apply now! Applications will close on Saturday, December 31, 2023. 

The EMP Committee of the Museum Council of Greater Philadelphia is excited to announce this locally-based mentorship program, which will connect emerging and experienced professionals to foster a more equitable entry into the museum field by building a network of support and encouraging sustainability in our jobs.

The program will feature:
     - A 6-month mentorship relationship that can be done either virtually, in-person, or hybrid. The relationships will kick off in early January 2024.
     - A personalized pairing based on career interests and mentorship goals
     - An EMP Committee Coordinator to oversee the mentor/mentee relationship
     - Opportunities and recommendations to build your network and workshop specific, career-related skills
     - A sense of support and community with like-minded people in the local museum field

* Admittance to the EMP Mentorship Program is only open to individual and institutional members of the Museum Council of Greater Philadelphia.
* While we do our best to pair everyone who applies, application to the program does not guarantee a placement in a mentor/mentee relationship.
