Application for St. Rose Shopping and Craft Fair - October 22, 2022

The St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Shopping & Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, October 22 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the All Saints Academy St. Rose Campus Cafeteria (3500 St. Catherine, Florissant, 63033).

Setup is on Saturday morning between 8:30-9:30a.m. The event will take place as part of our parish Fall Festival.

Registration fee is $30 for one 8-foot table with 2 chairs, or $45 for two tables. We also ask that you provide an item of your choice for our raffle that day.

All homemade crafters are welcome! If you are a consultant/representative of a home party company, we will accept registration for one representative per company on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each shopper will be given a "scavenger hunt" game sheet and will be invited to visit several tables and get a stamp or signature from those vendors for a free chance to win your donated prizes (additional raffle tickets
$1/ea). To have your business listed on the flyer, you must complete your registration.

Application Agreement

I hereby agree to all terms and conditions set forth above. My name and information may appear in advertisements for this event. I/we understand that St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Parish (SRPD) is not responsible for lost/stolen items. I hereby release SRPD and their agents from any liability for property damage or personal injury as a result of my participation in the 2022 Fall Festival Shopping & Craft Fair.
