Season 3 show update!! 

I'm switching things up this season (Jan 2023).

This goal this season is to give audiences a real taste of what it means to have a "Balanced Perspective". 

Talking about topics that pertain to their true personal and professional growth that go beyond basic principles and standards we've all come accustomed to.

(Sleep, Relationships, Empathy, Communication, Stress, Burnout, Compassion in the Workplace) 

--the big thing is that you can tie your teaching back to why it's important for leaders.

Few notes :
The show is candid, off-the cuff and uncut. I do very little editing to keep the authenticity of the show voice. Keep that in mind if you like to be very polished. 

Audience :
Leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Mostly female and between the ages of 30 and 55. Mostly North America. 

Must have:
Good quality mic and video as we record via zoom with both video AND audio.

If chosen as a guest you agree and understand that the Balanced Perspective/Terri-Ann Richards and its subsidiaries have been hereby assigned the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview or
session with guest. Such right and permission includes, but is not limited to, the name of the
guest, recorded audio or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts or
any material based upon or derived therefrom. This grant of permission does not include the
release of any of guest’s confidential information. For purposes of this paragraph, “confidential
information” is defined as home address, email address, telephone numbers or date of birth of
guest.

Guest understands that the Balanced Perspective Podcast may, at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon Guest’s audio or video interview
(or any portions thereof) and/or video or audio recordings or photographs of said interview, and that such media or transcripts may appear in print, online, or in any manner or media,
including, but not limited to, promoting the podcast or streaming audio program. The Balanced Perspective Podcast shall have the right to edit and/or transcribe Guest’s session and/or interview.

Guest waives any and all right of content approval, and any and all claims for compensation
arising from the use of any audio or video recordings done by the Balanced Perspective Podcast. Guest
waives any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based upon defamation) arising
out of or in connection with, any use, alteration, or use in any composite form hereunder of any
audio or video recording given by guest to the Balanced Perspective Podcast.
