Payment for individual sessions must be made by mentee at least 24 hours in advance of each mentoring session unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. You will be sent an invoice for your session from Quickbooks, and have the option to pay via the options listed on the invoice. Failure to pay in a timely manner will result in immediate termination of the mentoring relationship, and any outstanding balance will be due within 5 business days of the termination.

Payment for all packages occurs up front. Mentee must remit payment for all sessions within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of this mentorship agreement.

Upon receipt of this form and payment, I will reach out to you with a link to my calendar to schedule our mentoring sessions!

All mentoring sessions will be scheduled at least 3 days in advance, and at a mutually agreed upon time.

All packages MUST be used, and all sessions scheduled within 3 months. The 3 months will start from the date of the first scheduled session.

Should you or I need to cancel a mentoring session for any reason, the other party should be notified as soon as possible (at least 12 hours in advance, if possible). In the case of a last minute emergency, either party will let the other know, via text or email, as soon as possible.

Any cancelled sessions can be rescheduled within the given mentoring time period without additional cost.

If I need to cancel a session for any reason, and we are unable to find a time to reschedule the session within the given time frame, you will not be held financially liable for that session, and will be issued a refund if that session was already paid for.
