Equipment needed:
- a stand mixer is helpful, but a hand mixer will work
- general equipment:arimmed baking sheet,
- parchment paper,
- mixing bowls, spoons, rubber scrapers, offset spatulas, piping bags with or without tips, etc.
- a SCALE for measurements, as all recipes will be given in weights for exactness (you can find these everywhere: Target,
Walmart, your local grocery store might even have them!)
- a candy thermomenter
- ingredient list will be sent a few days prior; substitution suggestions will be given
