Learn and bake in real-time with me from the comfort and familiarity of your own kitchen!  Your first Bûche de Noël will be the basic rolled cake (think: swiss cake roll) with filling and topping, decorations are only limited by your imagination. 

I will send you a video link and a shipping list five days before the event, and a zoom link the morning of the event. 

After, I will upload a video of our class for you to keep, along with a list of options for taking your Bûche to the next level.

Equipment needed:
- a stand mixer is helpful, but a hand mixer will work
- general equipment:arimmed baking sheet,
- parchment paper,
- mixing bowls, spoons, rubber scrapers, offset spatulas, piping bags with or without tips, etc.
- a SCALE for measurements, as all recipes will be given in weights for exactness (you can find these everywhere: Target,
   Walmart, your local grocery store might even have them!)
- a candy thermomenter
- ingredient list will be sent a few days prior; substitution suggestions will be given
